As we now know, Ttump posted a $91.63 million surety bond ($83.3 million judgment, + 9% statutory interest ). to be paid to E. J. Carroll in the event he loses his appeal. The bond was guaranteed by the Federal Insurance Company, a NY-based subsidiary of the insurance company Chubb Group LLC, which is headquartered in Switzerland.
